Calling all Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants
Are you burned out and looking to explore a flexible, lucrative, and non-clinical practice option?
At KWEIBA MEDICAL, we nurture the wellbeing of our Physicians and APPs which positively impact the quality of evaluations and care they render to our Veterans. Team members will not be issuing prescriptions.
Structured & streamlined biannual Examiner “refresher training” to continuously uphold the excellence and empathy of rendered services to our Veterans. Members of our team have access to our wellness and well-being support groups & workshops/boot camps, educational material on optimizing your financial status as an independent contractor (1099), financial literacy and generational wealth building, student loan repayment workshops, and educational content to maintain ABFM certifications for our Family Medicine Physicians. Content for other specialties is in the works!
We offer a structured ramp period to allow our Physicians and APPs to build their confidence in providing excellent care. We also provide periodic check-ins with our new hires to address their wellbeing and any concerns they may have. We have a nation-wide chat group where our team members can ask for help, pose questions, or suggestions.
Team members also have the opportunity to work close to home thanks to a vast network of nationwide locations. Team members can also work from their own offices if they so choose. Team members do not have to bill and can schedule to perform evaluations from half a day to a full day as their schedule permits!
