We’re premiere experts in the provision of Medical Evaluations to our Nation’s Veterans. We offer empathetic and evidence based independent Medical Evaluations. We are committed to recruiting, training, and nurturing our Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers to ensure that our Veterans receive accurate, top-tier, quality service in a timely manner across the United States and worldwide.

At KWEIBA MEDICAL™, we nurture the wellbeing of our Physicians and APPs which positively impact the quality of evaluations and care they render to our Veterans.

Our team members have the flexibility to conduct medical disability exams at various locations. Those who travel for assignments will be compensated for travel expenses, including hotel accommodations. Additionally, if team members have their own office facilities, they are welcome to perform medical disability exams in their own practice settings. This approach allows for greater convenience and accessibility while ensuring that veterans receive the quality care they deserve. 

Location

All states– Set your own schedule and/or conduct exams in your own office.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed evaluations for Veterans based on specific VA questionnaires (provided).
  • Document findings using a secure online portal for streamlined, efficient reporting.
  • Work independently to complete examinations that help veterans access their benefits.
  • No invoicing, no billing, patient set-ups, or ongoing patient management—each exam is a one-time interaction.

Qualifications for MD/DO

  • Active medical license
  • Minimum of 2 years post-training experience
  • All specialties including Pediatrics.
  • Proof of malpractice insurance after the first 89 days of evaluating your first Veteran.
  • $130-$170/hr

Qualifications for NP/PA

  • Active nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) license
  • Minimum of 2 years post-training experience
  • Active AANP or ANCC Board Certification for NPs
  • Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited school with a minimum of an MSN in a clinical specialty for NPs
  • Physician collaborative agreement (if required by state)
  • NPI (National Provider Identifier) verification
  • $70-$100/hr
